Defeated

I Surrender! I don't care if I eat a cookie or 4 at a super bowl party. I don't care if I sleep in till 9:00 and wish it was 11:00 AM, I don't care if I skip a workout or 7. This winter is really getting to me. The sunshine outside is helping a little, but I can't wait till summer so I can get out of this Winter rut and get a move on with something worth while. I do have to give myself some credit, I read the Scarlet Letter last week and thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing...But I wish it had a happy ending. I didn't know it was in the "tragedy" category.

Girl no worries!! Seriously life is rough to just have a celery stick and carrot each day in and out. Enjoy yourself, plus... you look awesome!

and for real I wish I was pregnant so there could be some excuse for all my crazy dreams, random food cravings, and getting more 'blonde' brain, but alas there is no pregnancy. I am just special

You do realize that march is right around the corner, right? The worst of winter is behind us. But I don't blame you for feeling this way. There is a season for everything, including exercise and motivation! I predict that this lull will get you powered up for the next big burn coming your way early spring!
I also loved that tragic book. Good for you. See? You are in the season of reading books!
I want to look at your family blog. Am I invited?

Having grown up 5 min from the beach my whole life winters are TOUGH! I made Ted take an oath when we married that we would go somewhere warm at least once during the winters...HAWAII would be awesome but I'll take Cali or St.George at this point. I suggest making Josh sign a similar oath ;) Hang in there only a few more weeks...or is it months..dang.

Oh sister....I hear you! I have absolutely no desire. I was ON FIRE, and then Tracey got sick. I didn't realize how much I count on him to get my lazy butt outta bed and off to the gym in the mornings. I *think* I am going to start up running again tomorrow....after Sarah gets up. We'll see.

You look so good, so don't be too hard on yourself! Spring is right around the corner now!

PS - I just pulled out The Catcher In The Rye to read. Weird. Both of us returning to those High School "Have-to's"

You could go visit your dear friend who just happens to live in a much warmer climate just a mere 10 hours by car or 1.5 hours by plane away!

Just a thought! Or miss YM pres. have a luau theme party just for fun in your swim suits!
