Gooooooooooo UTAH....

Uncle Phil bought her this outfit when he came to visit at the hospital. I couldn't wait to get her in it. It was nice to have Phil down here. He was on his way on some horseback gun slinging city slicker adventure in Colorado, and it happened to be that he was enroute in SLC the day she was born. So he spent the evening at the hospital, getting dinner, taking pictures and helping with the kids. I always love having Phil to myself...it makes me feel like a little girl again with my big bro taking care of me.
*Elena...maybe the cougs would have taken it if they had this good luck charm. Sorry.

My sweet baby and her big brothers

Sweet Nora is bound to be tough. She has some pretty crazy brothers, they are well behaved out in public, but behind closed doors, it is another story. She is doing good, her weight is 30% and her head is 90% and if it gets any bigger than she has to have an ultrasound...but I am sure she is fine, both of her brothers have huge heads. She still sleeps most of the time, and gives me a good 6 hour stretch sometime during the day, which I am trying to get shifted to the night. But even at night she just eats and falls back to sleep. We love having her around, and to all you friends that have been telling me that I am going to love a girl, your completely right. We already had our first GNO, the day we got home from the hospital, Josh was watching Rocky, and Nora and I went into my room and watched Dan in Real Life. She is so sweet and we are all crazy about her. She fits right in to our family. Her middle name is Annie, which I am planning to use as a nick-name. We wanted to name her Annie or Nora, so this way I didn't have to make a choice.
She doesn't like getting her clothes changed, so playing dress ups isn't very fun for her right now.

The world's best aunt and mom

I like it when the kids take pictures, cause then you can't see my swollen face:)

My aunt Julie sent me the funnest package. A beautiful quilt with matching pillow and the worlds coolest handmade diaper bag. I am going to get all moved in as soon as I finish this post and give her a phone call. It has tons of pockets, leather, and perfectly shaped handles. I love the crazy colors and paisley pattern (Josh wants to name our baby Paisley, but this bag is the closest to paisley that we are getting)

The quilt on the wall is my own mother's handiwork, it seems like it took all summer. I didn't even let her give it to me as a gift...i just snatched it because I was so excited to get it hung. Mom and Julie are sisters, and my cousin Carson always likes to brag about his aunts that can sew just about anything. It's a good thing I have them, because all of my projects turn out to be more of a mess than anything. Love you guys!

Makay has been doing his own preperations...he filled all the bottles up with water, and is saving them in the fridge. He wanted to put milk in them, but I convinced him that water is probably best for now. What a cute little stinker.

Barbie Halloween

Halloween was super crazy this year. I spent the week building barbie boxes for us to dress up in. Josh framed the basement all day saturday while I shopped for Makay's birthday. We carved pumpkins on the way out the door trick or treating and now I am slowly going to be tossing all of the candy since Makay has been on a pure sugar diet for the past 5 days. If you cant tell makay's costume is Batman (Really just his normal clothes with a superman cape...he's funny about costumes) and Milo is a werewolf.
