New Plan Birthday Boy

So Josh and I had been planning the funnest birthday party ever. We had rented out he Rad Canyon BMX track, invited tons of friends and family, had the cupcakes made, the milo's personal cake made, had enough nacho stuff to feed the whole ward and watched the weather all week to see what Milo's birthday party fate would be. For the first time his party got rained out. I spend his whole birthday calling people to cancel the party and figuring something else out that would be fun for him. We ended up at laser tag with some neighbor kids and a couple of cousins. After we came back to our house for an all you can eat cupcake and nacho buffet and a little b-ball. Milo is a funny kid. He doesn't really love toys, so he is a little hard to shop for. We ended up getting him some basketball cards, a fox racing hat, some clothes, and a wii game. He was a happy little camper and spent the days following sorting through his new card collection and learning all the NBA players he could handle. He was a little disappointed when I told him that Michael Jordan no longer plays basketball and came home to break the news to all his kindergarten friends. Cute kids.

Jake still had a great time and has a rediscovered love for Milo (in a manly, want to play every day kind of way). Can't wait for summer to get that kid over here.
