Eddie.

Makay's middle name is Edward (after his grandpa and uncle). I feel like it's a little stuffy for such a goofy kid, so I have been calling him Eddie. It fits him rather well.

The other day Eddie was helping in the yard and he found a worm. After he took a good look at it, he said to Josh "Hey dad, this worm looks like you. It must be a dad worm." That boy keeps us laughing. That was the same day that he and I were standing in line at the Cheesecake Factory, we were holding hands and he totally made me spank the lady in front of us. I could have died. I guess it's good that he still holds hands with me.

First Snow Day

It was nearly March when it finally snowed enough to get out the outerwear and let Baby Nora do some winter exploring. Mostly she likes to eat the snow, but she also likes to step on it and see her footprints. The boys were at school so they missed out on the fun and the snow was melted by the time they could get out in it anyway. I have to say, I am secretly thrilled that we made it through a whole winter with out shoveling any snow.

So Proud

Makay was so proud of himself for figuring out how to make a cup of Chocolate Milk

There's only one thing he forgot to do....

Put away the can of Chocolate

As you can see, Nora is proud of her first home made dessert as well.

Nora the self taught girly girl

Nora found these Tutu's in her drawer and insisted she have them. So I put them on her and she strutted around in them all day. She also LOVES to wear a bracelet and try on shoes. Here she is helping me detail the toilet so we could put it back into our newly remodeled bathroom. (we got bored and need another project to keep us busy) Next plan is the upstairs flooring, baseboards, and cabinets. Wish me luck.
