Afternoon at the pool

The kids love swimming. Milo is totally independent in the pool, he has a blast. Diving and trying new tricks every time we go.  Makay needs a little supervision he loves the slides and jumping off the side and Nora is just happy to dance on the patio.

Makay and his buddies were playing in the basement and when it started raining they hurried out to have some fun getting wet outside.  Milo's snow cone stand was rained out and he is inside trying to beat a Super Mario game.

Berry Wedding Road Trip to California.

 Testing out the Ice Plant. Uncle John told us that he used to take naps on this stuff when he was in boot camp in Monterrey CA many years ago. I wanted to try it out, so he pulled off the side of the road and had us jump out and give it a try. It was pretty comfy, like the most supportive mattress you could buy but with prickly tips.

Golden Gate Bridge. This wasn't on the agenda, but we were hungry and we were driving past the exit towards San Fransisco, so we took a quick detour. 

Sunset in Winnemucca.  Nevada is the most boring state to drive through, 

but this sunset brightened up the drive quite a bit.
